Facebook pages help their growth and help to increase popularity of someone at faster speed. In these days Facebook pages become status symbol for many personalities. They highlight their fans pages to keep in touch with their fans. We can also see ads about many different business websites or companies for their better growth. But sometimes any business or fans don't get good response just become or bad or unlike name or also maybe misspell name. So in that condition you will face a great problem because you have any option to migrate or change name to another one. As we know Facebook provide limits on changing page name just after 200 likes. Means you are only able to change page name just before completing 200 likes on page and then after the option will be disappears and page name got fixed. In that condition suppose your page have 10k or more likes but you decide to change your business name then its a great problem because their is not possible way to shift or change name.

How To Change Your Page Name After 200 Likes ?

Steps For Changing Name :

Firstly you have to install Firefox Add-ons your browser to install Click Here
For other Browsers Add any US server proxies in your Browsers IP address settings.
For Firefox users after installing add-ons. New Icon will appear on your browser simply click on them and mark as Active.

After activating Add-ons, Log In your Facebook account
Then Open that page whose name you want to change. Go to Admin Panel >> Edit Page >> Update Page Info.
Now in Catagory Option change them into local business.

After changing catagoriy click on Edit Page Name Button.
Then you will see the option of Request to Change Name.
Click on that option and new form will appears about Change Name Request.
Tick the button for accepting the page guidelines of Facebook.
Then select the type from the menu about your page currently representing.

Then tick on the button that you still want to change the name of page.
Add Accurate information in all the fields like Current Page Name, Desired Page Name which you want.
Select the accurate reason why you want to change Page name from menu.
Upload any document which represent that your business is changes, or you page is misspell of your business.
Always upload document based on the reasons you have selecting in previous step.

Then tick both option for proceeding request and click on send button.

After requesting change name you will receive email in your email account associate with Facebook account from where you request change name. This email may take 3-7 days about reponse back on your request. If your request will get accept then your page name will be change automatically to the name which we added in desired name.

Tricky Part:- Suppose if you don't have any document or you just want to change name of your any fans page simply select the catagory Misspell and upload your cover image :D This method is also working.. lol

Reasons For Not Changing Name After Requesting :
This Change name request only works if you have accurate and right reason. For business pages you have to upload document which clears about changing or re-branding Page name with solid reasons.

This feature need your luck. I don't feel any particluar need for changing. I have request for change with documents but facebook reject and for another page i upload cover pic and choose almost different name and facebook accepts. :P I don't know what facebook want its may be your luck works.

How To Merge Facebook Pages ?

Settings For Pages

These are some settings for pages you want to merge so make these changes same in all pages which you want to merge.

Change Page Category To Local Business and select same catagory for all pages
Then Add same one sub catagory
Add Accurate address to make Place Page and to Show Check-ins Settings

Set Page Hours To Always Open
Then add Website

These are are some required settings do forget to add then same in pages which you want to merge otherwise it is not possible to implement this trick.

Suggest Page as Duplicate :

Make Sure that before following this method you are manager of all pages which you want to merge.

Now Open Your Page in any another Id Where you are not admin of Page.
Then Click on Suggest an Edit Just below the About Section

In Suggestion form their is last option of Duplicate Place Page.
Simply Add Name Or URL for second page which you want to merge. facebook duplicate place

After adding duplicate place follow same process from 4,5 Profiles which are not admin and approve the page as duplicate.

How To Merge Duplicate/Same Name Pages :

Open Your Pages in which you want to merge make sure that your page must be equal or having more likes to other pages.
Then go to Admin Panel and Click on Edit Page and then Edit Settings button
In Edit Setting their will be a option of Merge Duplicate Pages.
This option will only appear if your pages names are similar and your pages is with more likes then 2nd one. Otherwise this feature will not appear.
Then click the merge option and new Pop up window will appear with other pages
Simple tick on the pages and click on Merge Pages button.
Then Select your appropriate Username and continue.
Now Page will get successfully merge.
