Windows 7 DreamScene Activator is a tiny but useful tool to migrate
DreamScene feature from Windows Vista to Windows 7. You simply need to
download it, run the tool as Administrator, and then click “Enable
DreamScene.” The function will work. Download Here
Windows 7 DreamScene Activator will copy necessary files, and then add
the required registry keys & values. Last of all, restart Explorer
to enable the feature. (Hence, it is recommended to save your work
before processing.)
After the process is done, you can right click on mpg or wmv file and
choose “Set as Desktop Background” in context menu to activate
DreamScene.
